Cancellation Policy:
We base refund rates on the date and time we receive your cancellation.
Changing a reservation from one date to another is sometimes possible, but may
require a change fee equal to that of a cancellation.
Carolina Mike's reserves the right to cancel any trip do to bad weather,
lack of sign ups or
sickness. We will reschedule the trip first and if you cannot make
the reschedule you reserve the right to a credit for another trip or
to a refund. Note: if you paid for the trip by Paypal on
our site and you are within the proper cancellation notice your refund is
minus 2.5% of cost of trip. Carolina mike's reserves the right to stop anyone
from participating in our adventures if the guide on site feels you are not
able enough to
participate due to physical ability or fitness level needed for that trip.
Single day trips cancellation:
Full Credit or refund if we are given a 24hr or more notice of cancellation
Anything under 24hrs notice you forfeit trip cost unless we can fill your
spot.
Multiple day trips (if signed up more than 30 days before trip starts)
cancellation:
more than 20 days prior to departure $125 cancellation fee
14-20 days prior to departure 50% of full trip fee
0-13 days prior to departure 100% full trip fee
$125 cancellation fee only if trip is cancelled, but rescheduled at later
date.
Multiple day trips (if signed up more than 60 days before trip starts)
cancellation:
more than 50 days prior to departure $125 cancellation fee
30-50 days prior to departure 50% of full trip fee
0-29 days prior to departure 100% of full trip fee
$125 cancellation fee only If a trip is canceled, but rescheduled at later
date.
