Trip Itinerary: .Friday: We'll leave work on Friday and drive up to High Springs Florida ( about a 2.5 hr drive from St. Petersburg.)  High Springs is located just out side of Gainesville Florida.  The group arrives between 8-9pm on Friday July 15th.  Your welcome to come earlier if you like.   Friday night is a get acquainted night and relax at your campsite. 

Saturday:  We'll get up and eat breakfast under the pavilion located just off our campsite.  After breakfast we'll put in for an adventure up the river to lily springs.  Much exploring to done as there are numerous springs along the way.  Later we'll turn around and head down river towards Ginnie Spring and our campsite.  Along the way there usually is one or two rope swings.

Lunch is served at our campsite an pavilion area around 1pm.  The afternoon is free for biking, hiking or just tubing down the lazy Sante Fe.  Dinner at 6:pm at pavilion.  After dinner we'll play a spirited game of volley ball or you can just relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Sunday:  We'll eat breakfast at 8pm and then shuttle the cars to the take out on the river.   Once all the drivers are back at the campsite we'll put-in and spend the rest of the trip paddling down the Sante Fe river.  We'll take out at our cars and enjoy a much rewarded lunch at the bridge.



Things to bring:  water, sunscreen, bug spray, camera, appropriate kayaking clothing, water shoes or sandals, camping gear. fire wood, your own spirits if you like.
